2. The service
Neyvo provides a voice AI platform that answers, places, and manages phone calls on your behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, defraud, or harm callers; violate TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA; impersonate; circumvent DNC.
4. Billing
Monthly or annual. Overage billed in arrears. Pricing changes communicated 30 days in advance.
5. Data ownership
You retain all rights to data you upload or generate.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice per your plan. Data retained 30 days for export.
7. Liability
Capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
